How do I contact you?

You can get in touch with me via email to book a sleep coaching session, ask a question or leave me a message about anything else and I’ll get back to you either via email or arrange an alternative form of contact that is best for you.


Can I call you to see if you are right for me?

You sure can!

Please contact me via email to arrange a time for a complimentary 10min chat to see if I am the right fit for you.

Do you offer face-to-face or virtual coaching sessions?

At this stage I only offer face-to-face coaching sessions in Broome, Australia.

The majority of my coaching sessions are held via Zoom. For those who have poor internet service and are unable to access Zoom, I am happy to discuss and utilise what form of contact service works for you. 

How do I pay?

Once you have decided on the package you are wanting, I will send you an invoice which you are required to pay prior to our coaching session.

How is my confidentiality assured?

Your coaching session is private and confidential, and therefore any information you provide me will remain that way. 

All electronic information is password protected. I do not retain any paper based records.

Are you insured?

Yes, I have Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability Insurance.

Can you guarantee results?

Coaching with myself is educational, informative and supportive.  I am realistic and can not guarantee a particular sleep result or outcome, or within a specified timeframe. 

To offer such a guarantee, it is unlikely to take into account your individual child’s sleep needs, temperaments and what makes them unique. Not to mention the added unnecessary pressure and stress this places on you and your child. 

I can guarantee to consider your unique child and unique family in working together to finding solutions to help optimise your child's sleep, and your parenting journey.

Will my baby be left to cry?

Whilst I never recommend crying to sleep techniques, sometimes children will cry when they do not get the same sleep strategy that they have had up until now. This is something we will discuss in detail in regards to your pre-existing routine and your babies needs.
